issues 2
rot in hardwood fascia, probably due to crack in guttering
shot showing the water damage and subsequent termite encouragement due to verandah fixing to side battens, and concrete at front permitting water retention etc
cracked rear stump - also shows timber garage door jams touch ground permitting termite bridging/breaching potential
stairs incorrect riser/tread heights, bad railings, bad fill, no guttering etc
timber palings touch ground permitting water damage / rot and shows evidence of previous termite activity
